What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, WhatsApp/mobile number, city and delivery address, plus the payment method you chose. That is all. We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your CNIC or bank login details.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your order and agree a delivery time on WhatsApp
- To give your details to the courier so they can deliver the parcel
- To contact you about warranty or a return if you raise one
Who we share it with
Only with the courier company handling your delivery, and only the details needed to deliver the parcel. We do not sell or rent customer data to anyone.
Where order data is stored
Your order is sent to us through WhatsApp and recorded in our order log. This website also stores two things in your own browser so the site works properly:
- Your cart — so your basket survives a page refresh.
- Your language choice — English or Urdu.
This browser storage stays on your device. Clearing your browser data removes it. We cannot read it from our side.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only essential browser storage. If we add analytics (for example Google Analytics or a Meta pixel) we will list it here and it will only record anonymous visit counts, never your personal details.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message WhatsApp or email gpower.pk1@gmail.com and we will respond within 7 working days.
Keeping your details safe
Your order details are visible only to our team. We never publish customer names, phone numbers or addresses, and we never ask you to send an advance payment to an account that has not been confirmed in your own order chat.
