Orders and confirmation
An order is only confirmed once we reply to you on WhatsApp with the order ID, price and delivery estimate. Submitting the checkout form starts the order; it does not complete it.
We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if the price was listed incorrectly, or if we cannot verify the delivery details. You will be told on WhatsApp and any advance payment refunded in full.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated. Hall Road market prices move with the dollar rate, so listed prices can change without notice. The price confirmed on your WhatsApp order is the price you pay, even if the website price changes afterwards.
Discount percentages shown against a product are calculated from the price we normally sell that item at. The discount shown on a product is the one you can actually get on its base option.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Available nationwide.
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa advance — account details are shared only after your order is confirmed on WhatsApp. Send the advance from your own registered account and share the transaction screenshot in the order chat.
We never ask for your account password, OTP, CNIC or bank login. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from Hall Road Lahore and asks for these, it is a fraud attempt — report it to us.
Delivery
See Shipping & delivery. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for giving a reachable phone number and a complete address; failed deliveries caused by wrong details may require payment of the courier charge before we resend.
Inspection on delivery
Check the parcel is sealed and undamaged before paying. Once accepted, claims for transit damage must be raised within 48 hours with a video and photo of the parcel.

Product suitability
We give sizing advice in good faith, but you are responsible for choosing equipment that matches your load and for having it installed by a qualified electrician. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect battery sizing or use beyond the rated capacity.
Liability
Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost business, spoiled goods or lost time arising from a power backup failure.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on the site at the time your order is confirmed is the version that applies to your order.
