Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch from Hall Road, Lahore six days a week and ship to every city in Pakistan through national couriers.

Order processing
Orders confirmed on WhatsApp before 3:00pm (Mon-Sat) are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders after 3:00pm, on Sunday or on public holidays are dispatched the next working morning.
Delivery charges
Delivery is charged at cost by region. The exact charge for your city is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay, and is added to your order total.

Cash on Delivery
COD is available nationwide. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel reaches you. Please keep the exact amount ready — riders do not always carry change for large notes.
Before handing over payment, check that the parcel is sealed and undamaged. If the box is open or crushed, refuse it and message us immediately on WhatsApp.
Advance payment
For JazzCash / EasyPaisa advance payment, we share the account details after your order is confirmed on WhatsApp. Never send an advance to an account you have not had confirmed in your order chat.
Tracking
We send the courier tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is dispatched. If you have not received it within 24 hours of ordering, message us with your order ID.
Failed and refused deliveries
If a delivery fails because the address was unreachable or the phone number did not answer, we will contact you to reschedule. Repeated failed deliveries may require advance payment of the courier charge before we resend.
